Opposed to a Code of Conduct for Directors |

In early April 2007, Director Bruce Davison introduced a Code of Conduct for Directors to the Operations Committee for consideration and recommendation to the Board. In the Operations Committee meeting, Directors Vazquez and Kalenka stated they did not know what “loyalty” meant, what “maintain high standards of personal conduct” meant, what “maintain decorum” meant and what “professionalism at Board meetings” meant. After the "Light Bulb Gang" gained control again in late April 2007, the Director Code of Conduct item was postponed indefinitely in the May 2007 Operations meeting without justification.
