In the May 2nd 2007 Operations Committee meeting, Director Kalenka stated that wind power as far as he is concerned is not viable or economic and the Association should not pursue it any further. Chair Vazquez then called for a vote, even though the motion had not been seconded, and Directors Vazquez, Kalenka and Gimarc then voted yes to Director Kalenka’s motion.
